I like the cleanliness of the restaurant, the friendliness of the staff and it was so easy to order. The cheese french fries were delicious. The burger was good, but not great. I like my bacon crispy and the bun was a little soggy, but overall the meal was excellent. I also got a Bud Light and it’s wonderful that they have that option. The best part was the staff. They were extremely friendly with everyone. Shake Shake has done a good job with employee culture. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m writing this review after receiving a strawberry milkshake as a gift from a friend after I returned home from having cardiothoracic neurosurgery for vertebral body and disc replacement after a boat accident.. I really thought a strawberry milkshake would taste great so my friend went to buy this for me and brought it to my house. I assumed it was vanilla because it didn’t look strawberry, but I’m OK with that. I took a sip of it and I still thought it was vanilla. It really didn’t even have a vanilla taste. It just tasted like nothing. It was a good consistency. You know it had traveled to here probably 15 minutes and it was still cold. I had to double check the sticker on it and it said strawberry. I would give this strawberry milkshake a one out of five as it is not a strawberry milkshake. The one is because I have to give it one and the consistency was expected. As far as service, I’m giving it a one because I went to the website to see if I could write them letting them know it was no good. There was no link or contact us that I could find. I thought I could send a picture of my receipt and let them know there was something wrong with the strawberry milkshakes. I’m sure you value consistency and quality control. Atmosphere. Again, a one out of five. I drive by this building frequently when I go to work or when I’m driving around for errands. You almost can’t see the building it blends in to the sky. There is nothing aesthetically pleasing about it and it does not improve the area. It almost looks like the paint is faded. I have not been inside, but it does not make me want to go there. Overall, with a no flavor, no way to let them know and a visually unappealing bland exterior like their shake, I give them a one out of five. I write reviews all the time and I rarely write a negative review. Hopefully they can make sure that the strawberry milkshakes taste like strawberry and maybe includes flecks of strawberry. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was cold, small portions, and very expensive. Ordered food and 20 minutes after order, i went up to ask about order. They said I was next. Burgers came out room temperature. Wife's burger was not made correctly. For the price, they should be made correctly and at least warm. Frys were pricy too and colder than burger. Service was poor, had to use a kiosk to order, no one at counter. Plenty of places to go that are way better. Chilie's is way better for price in my opinion. I will never go back. The wife did like the shake, but that was over priced as well. Upwards of 50.00 3 burgers, 3 fries, and 1 shake. Do better Shake Shack. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
