Dear Bryan , Thank you for taking the time to review this location , and thank you sharing pictures, but these pictures show that the location you are reviewing is not shake Shack Bryan as a representative of hospitality professionals everywhere , We apologize for the negative experience you had at this location ( I think its Beecher's or Burger Fi ) but it is definitely not Shake Shack . You posted your review under Shake Shack- would you be kind enough to update your review and posting to reflect the correct location ?
