Shake Shack in Seattle was such a solid stop for a quick, comforting meal. The place had that familiar Shake Shack energy: busy, casual, modern, and full of people clearly excited for burgers, fries, and shakes. Even with a crowd, the ordering process was straightforward and the staff kept everything moving efficiently. The burger was exactly what I hoped for: juicy, flavorful, and nicely balanced without being overly heavy. The bun was soft, the toppings were fresh, and the ShackSauce brought everything together perfectly. The crinkle-cut fries were crispy on the outside, soft inside, and impossible not to keep reaching for. I also had to try a shake, because it would not really be Shake Shack without one — creamy, rich, and definitely worth saving room for. What I appreciated most was the consistency. When you are exploring Seattle all day, sometimes you just want something reliable, tasty, and satisfying without overthinking the choice. Shake Shack delivered that. It is not trying to be a fancy fine-dining experience; it is simply great fast-casual food done properly. A very good option if you are near downtown Seattle and craving a quality burger, fries, and something sweet afterwards. Price per person: $10–20

I was really excited to try this place for the first time. We needed an age verification for the beers we ordered and ended up waiting for quite a while. Not really sure why the staff at the front aren’t able to verify age and check ID’s. We took a seat outside while we waited for our food and I needed to use the washroom so I went to the front to ask for the code. A lot of the workers ignored me until I decided to just interrupt and call out to them. The washroom was absolutely disgusting and I actually had to warn my group that they’re better off just using the bathroom elsewhere. We finally got our food and everything was so tasty, but our hotdog order was wrong. I ended up waiting near the til for a while, and when I told the worker that they got my order wrong, she argued with me a bit until I showed her my reciept which clearly showed that I ordered a bacon hotdog. I had to reassure her that I did not ask for the crispy onion hotdog a couple of times. The wait for the replacement hotdog was a long wait, but atleast they told me to keep the original hotdog. We also did not get a fork with our order so I had to go back and stand there again until someone decided they wanted to help me. The food was good but the service is absolutely terrible. The staff was super sweet, especially Zaraiah (hope I didn’t completely butcher the spelling of her name lol). The food was great! I loved the veggie burger and the chocolate milkshake was sooo good :-)! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
