Ok, so I hateeeeee to be a Karen but thankfully I’m a black 25 year old women so I could never. I have never been the biggest fan of shake shack but, I tried it recently and had a good experience so I thought to give it another try. I’m currently visiting in Florida for the weekend but, unfortunately my suspicions have been confirmed. I was enjoying my burger, I got a smokehouse with fries, very good btw. But as I was eating I felt a hair. No need to go into detail because the hair was veryyyy long, a grey hair with some brown on the strand. Yea. It was hard to capture the picture because it is a grey hair but I tried to put it on a dark background. I appreciate the effort but it’s a no for me. ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Firstly, we come here all the time. Today we decided to order at the store instead of online when I realized after ordering the prices were different I asked the manger Ray about the miscommunication he was frankly RUDE! Not accommodating and unapologetic also reeked of cigarettes which is disgusting in a food environment. However, shortly after another staff member who I think noticed my displeasure asked me if I needed assistance and took over his name is Francois a wonderful addition to my experience. He apologized and reassured us that he’d help! We were so pleased- after beginning our meal, a fire alarm went off! It startled our children my son who is 4 and my 9 year old daughter couldn’t enjoy their meals it lasted for the duration of the time we spent. Maria came over and handed me a card during that time and asked to fill out a survey, I thought wow “ what perfect timing” she was the first to apologize or even acknowledge the alarm was going off Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
