Большинство гостей считают, что персонал здесь гостеприимный. Неплохой сервис - большой плюс этой пиццерии, но рейтинг Shakey's Robinsons Place Roxas невысокий на Facebook.

We were happy and excited to try Shakey's once again. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. • Place: Shakey's Robinsons, Roxas City • Date and Time: December 13 2023 - 2:00PM Here are the list of reasons why our experience was not good: 1. Water was not served upon sitting down before taking our order. (Expecting that water would automatically be serve in restaurants). 2. Once we were ordering, many of the foods on the menu were unavailable (Especially the pastas - But Carbonara and Seafood Pastas were available). 3. There were two of us, ordered 3 separate food orders, but our foods were delivered to our table separately and not at the same time, making us wait as our food goes cold. 4. We ordered the Spinach & Glazed Bacon Pizza: There were zero other customers dining in during this time, yet we see our pizza sitting on the counter for around 2 minutes, while the Shakey's staff were just sitting around, some of them were even on their phones too during work. Becoming impatient, I stood up from our table and grabbed the pizza from the counter myself. 5. We ordered the Spinach & Glazed Bacon pizza, but there was no Bacon. If the restaurant have no bacon they could have let us know. But if Bacon is really unavailable, then why was Carbonara available? Other than than that, the food was delicious, but from these many points I have mentioned, we're never coming back to this branch!
