Utensils and plate were not clean, thoroughly. This should be improved. Not just this plate but also the fork that was served. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: ₱1–500

walking into this place felt like signing up to have your patience tested. tge staff acted like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists in the first place. we came in expecting a nice, memorable celebration, but instead got dismissive looks, slow service, and zero sense of care. it is amazing how quickly a supposedly “special” day can be ruined when the people serving you clearly don’t want to be there. if you're thinking of coming here to enjoy good food and good company, think twice. no meal is worth being treated like you don’t matter. there are plenty of other places that actually respect their customers, and this just isn't one of them. bleughhhh y'all ruined my day n appetite. man I wouldn't give this place a single star if I had the choice. the food wasn’t even the main issue, the service was unbelievably terrible. what was supposed to be a special celebration turned into a frustrating, disappointing experience because of the staff’s attitude. rude, inattentive, and completely uninterested in making things right. it is honestly baffling how a restaurant can get something so basic so wrong. judging by other reviews, this isn't even a one-off situation cuz it seems like a pattern. if you value your time, your mood, and the people you're with, stay far away from this resto. this place will precisely deliver a BAD EXPERIENCE and will surely RUIN YOUR DAY.
