I had a disappointing experience at Shakey’s Paseo during my son’s graduation celebration, which made the situation even more upsetting. I tried to order two different items, and both times the staff told me they were unavailable. However, shortly after, I saw those exact same items being served to another table. It was really frustrating and confusing, especially since there was no clear explanation given. I understand that availability can change, but this situation felt inconsistent and poorly handled. It took away from what was supposed to be a special and memorable occasion for our family. PS: I also found it unprofessional that the manager appeared to be eating Jollibee inside the restaurant during service hours. I hope management improves their communication, coordination, and professionalism so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience. Price per person: ₱3,500–4,000 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We’ve always been loyal Shakey’s customers and have visited many branches over the years, but Shakey’s Solenad 1 is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. 1. Extremely slow service. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. For context, if we ordered delivery, it would’ve reached us in under 30 minutes — and anything beyond 45 minutes is usually considered free. So imagine how frustrating it is to be dining in and still waiting that long. 2. Unprofessional handling of orders — by the manager himself. The only reason we chose to dine in was because my daughter loves the mozzarella sticks. The manager (yes, the manager) took our order but failed to inform us that the mozzarella sticks were unavailable. Instead of telling us, they silently changed our order without our approval. When we asked why no one informed us, the manager had the nerve to say, “Were you not informed?” Excuse me? You took the order. You should be the one informing us. It was sloppy, careless, and honestly disappointing. Avoid this branch if you can. Price per person: ₱2,000–2,500 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
