Got delivery order wrong, according to instructions that they offer on their website. I asked for the delivery to be delivered to floor two/in person. Ultimately i found my delivery outside, on my porch, in the rain. The reason that I have to use Shaws is because I’m disabled. Do not use their delivery options! They blame the courier despite the fact that their the ones hiring them. They refuse to take responsibility!! They take advantage of the many customers who must rely on them.

Shoppers should know don't get mad at employees they are just doing their jobs, get mad at the managers they set their employees up for failure. Worst company to work for Management very rude and disrespectful to employees, no one follows training, cooked food is always undercooked, they violate state tobacco laws, equipment in every department not properly washed, mold, rats all in shipping area, walk-in fridge and freezer overcrowded management has no idea how to order stock, Shaw's steals from their employees. Very dirty store, mold in milk and dairy areas.
