never had an issue with this sheetz till after the remodel. one mistake i can understand, but multiple? not acceptable. we ordered a pickup order on doordash and they did not include one of my food items (which i paid for!) and they put the wrong dipping sauce with the other item, then included a mysterious looking orange dipping sauce we did not order that tasted absolutely disgusting. then, to top it all off, while eating my fries i took a bite and felt something plastic in my mouth and pulled out a piece of PLASTIC GLOVE that was in my fries!!! absolutely nasty!!! what a disappointment. idk if this has anything to do with the remodel and maybe new staff, but it is absolutely not ok, especially to find plastic glove in the food I’m eating. super disgusting.
