Worst customer service ever, even felt like it was sort of racial because of his attitude, hopefully im wrong but his attitude was extremely strong towards us, on xmas day went to buy beer and Josh wanted Id from our group of 4 people to be able to buy 4 packs of beers. He refused to sell because he said we all walked in together and my nephew is only 14 so he has no id. We told him if my nephew left if he would sell us the beers and he said no because we already walked in together and he was not gonna loose his job on xmas for anyome. He said it didnt matter if we walked out and back in because he already knew we walked in together. We are from out of state and have bought beers in PA before and know theres a 2 limit but he wanted Id from everyone even the minor, he the refused and didnt no sell us the 2 packs since all the ids were not shown, 2 people had id and gave it to him. Not sure what his problem was but he refused even after spending $96 dollars on water, juices chips and candy for the kids. Should of never had spent $1 dollar in this store. Just felt bad leaving everything on the counter since it was alot of items. Went to anothee sheetz and had no issue following the same rule and not breaking any laws. He should be evaluated on his knowledge and cuatomer service skills.
