This place is CONSTANTLY trying to steal your money and gaslight you! Every time I order here and do an in-store pickup. They are always missing an item on my order. This time had me livid when I had to make another order of Mozzarella sticks. Screen said it was ready, there's nothing...and then they want to take my order OFF the list!?! No matter what employee you're talking to. They'll act like they can't understand you and tell you to wait and waist your time. If I ever order here ever again, I'M GOING AT THE DRIVE THROUGH AND MAKING SURE I GET WHAT I PAID FOR BEFORE I DRIVE OFF!

Only a four star review as the store coffee bar was a mess. And a little dirty outside. I got gasoline and food. The pump worked fine and the food was great. I only saw three employees and they were working hard. The store was busy, but my food was ready quickly. It looked to me like they were not ready for the morning rush or they need more employees.

03/29/26 My new favorite Sheetz. The egg croissant sandwiches better than the one on Nokesville Rd. The croissants were not old or hard on spots bc they have been sitting drying up for days, the coffee much better tastes fresh not sitting inside the container for days either. So yeah 10 stars for the staff and service, service was quick and the ladies that made the food know what they are doing. On top of the food and professional kind staff they have 88! Which Nokesville road doesn’t have. Kudos to you and all staff!
