You asked me to present my I.D to buy cigarettes, I refuse to let you scan it because you can't tell me where it goes.And then you refuse to sell me cigarettes.Absolutely ridiculous.I will never be returning to that store again.And I spend a lot of money in that store gas cigarettes, food .I am not spending one more penny in your store.You refuse to sell me cigarettes because I won't let you scan my I.D, but I present a legal I d and the only reason why you refuse to sell me cigarettes is because I actually proved to you that you can punch it into the computer manually.And you didn't like that and just a question for the community.When an officer scans the back of your I d, what does he come up with?Let me tell you your criminal background, your social security number, your address, and anything else that is attached to it.These stores should not have the right to scan that I d you just gave them your whole life.By letting them scan your I d

I have always enjoyed this Sheetz over others, until today 9/26/26 around noon, when your kitchen manager rang up my purchase and was very rude. I noticed that price charged was nearly twice the price posted and asked her to ring up the items again. I have had Zyn pouches only give the posted discount when rung up singlely and when I asked her to try ringing them up singlely so they would be the posted $3.40 per can when you buy 5 as posted all over the place at the Sheetz she said, if you ask for a roll, I will ring them up as a roll. I said the price is $52.00 for 10, it should be AT MOST $40 if its $3.40×10 plus tax, at most $40. She went over and started ripping labels off displays. I said, you didn't even get the right ones, because she hadn't gotten the right labels, and I was just poking the bear at this point, and then she started spinning the price tags of the different nicotine products. She said, 'there see, that's the price.' I have been to this Sheetz several times a week for years and have always had this issue with Zyn products but the cashiers usually know how to ring them up so the discount applies, or are willing to listen when I share how the other cashiers do it. I have never have someone just basically say you get the price I ring you up at, as if there weren't clear signs ALL over the place advertising the price. Usually, when that has happened, the cashier apologizes after trying to fix the issue and then says, I guess the price changed, I am sorry. This lady was over the top rude and acted like me not wanting to overpay $10-$15 was somehow disrespectful of her. She acted as if i should just run out of the store, grateful, that she bothered to spend 20 seconds ringing me up. No hello, no thank you, no how are you today. I really don't get it. We all know Sheetz employees are paid by the hour not by how quickly they can get someone to walk away from the counter. I am guessing you all are having staffing issues and that is why she was feeling so rushed. Since she is a store manager, I think the source of some staffing issues may be with her. I certainly would not want to work for someone who treated customers like that. I hope she is nicer to her underlines, somehow though, I doubt it.

Its a typical sheetz but with a drive thru. Sometimes the drive thru is quick, but other times you sit and watch an employee just help inside customers or stand around talking. I usually get a soda so im not waiting for food. Average wait time is 10+ minutes. I dont like going inside so I deal with it.
