Partner used it this morning at 11.30am She didn't have a Shell rewards card, so cheeky bloke on the till asked if he could have them. He got told 'no'.

The toilet has been closed for several months. It says "out of service," but employees use it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Put £8 worth of diesel in our car just to safely get to Norwich as only had 39 miles til empty. It transpired that after paying, the mileage didn't increase at all. It still showed 39 miles. I spoke to the manager, Hasan who was on duty today who recommended that I wait 5 minutes and the mileage should increase - the fuel gauge is digital so should automatically increase at the time of putting fuel in! The fuel gauge did not increase so I asked for my money back, the cashier and Manager refused to give me my money back and thought the fault was with our car! I have since filled up my tank at Tesco in Norwich and the fuel gauge works fine and now has over 550 miles! Thanks for your unhelpful manner today Shell, a very unhappy customer who will never be returning and I only put £8 in the tank at your services as your fuel prices are extortionate! People beware!!!
