I like that it has a different variety of food, but I had an issue with the manager or she said she was a manager. She was a tall redhead that worked at the fuel desk and she couldn’t find my scale tickets. I had a first weigh and reweigh. I kept asking her to check and make sure because I just weighed out 10 minutes ago. I showed her that I paid in the app, but she said I needed to send it to my email and go print it somewhere! Then she started reading out other truck and trailer numbers from different companies to me and when she finally found it, instead of apologizing for her mistake, she blamed me for giving her the wrong numbers! I said no I’ve been telling you my truck number that I’ve had for years along with my trailer number that I had for months. She became snooty and couldn’t acknowledge that she was in the wrong. Very unprofessional, management needs more training because that was a waste of 15 minutes of my time and us truck drivers, time is money! We don’t make mistakes like that, we’re well aware of what we are driving! Wingstop was amazing!
