My daughter who is 7 months pregnant and she had her severely autistic son in the car with her went to use her payment card in the garage but funds were late going in so they wouldn’t take her card and the garage wouldn’t take payment from anyone else over the phone, my daughter was in a terrible state and in tears, what a horrible garage, why they wouldn’t take payment from someone else is unbelievable.

rubish ! they have the self car wash and they let you wash onlly after 8 am wath the point to be self car wash ???

Been going to this station for about 2 1/2 years as in my work route. At first it was all lovely no issues at all, up until the toilet was apparently out of service for a long time until one day I saw a member of staff coming out of it, when I questioned why they didn’t know what to say. Then few months later today I never had issues with helmets on at this station, and today I was refused service even though there was no signs warning, also theres no laws prohibiting the use of helmets, in fact its a safety message in case i slip and fall since a petrol station has slip hazards. Every other shell station are no stereotypical against bikers but this one really takes the prize. Going to consider this situation when it comes the time to get a new fuel card as I only prioritises shell stations due to my shell fleet card.
