disappointing customer service. I’ve visited many Shell stations, and most of my experiences have been positive, with friendly and welcoming staff. Unfortunately, this outlet was the complete opposite. It wasn’t just one staff member; almost everyone I encountered had a moody expression and an unwelcoming attitude. When I purchased pastries and asked for them to be reheated, the staff responded, “Nak panas lagi?” in a tone that came across as rude and unprofessional. Customer service is an important part of any business, and customers shouldn’t feel uncomfortable for making a simple request. The overall experience gave the impression that the staff were not interested in serving customers. I hope the management will look into this issue and take the necessary steps to improve staff attitude and customer service training. A little friendliness and courtesy can make a big difference to the customer experience. This outlet has a lot of room for improvement.
