PSO! No hand soap in the mens restroom, toilet paper left out, not in toilet paper despener, bet all the employees are not washing their hands each time they use it, spreading germs and bacteria when they touch items in store. If I would of known sooner, wouldn't have stopped at this gas station to use the restroom. I wouldn't even buy anything from here! Cleaness ain't important here it looks. Also one of the workers looked at me ugly as I left out. Trash!!!

I went to this gas station to buy gas cards. The man behind the counter told me that I had to take the cards and pay for them online not in the store. It turns out you have to pay for them in a store. Thank you for sending me on a wild goose chase to find a place to pay.

This Shell station is clean, the store is always well-stocked and the employees are courteous and efficient. I frequent the store often and I’ve never had to wait in a long line. As a Shell stockholder via my parents, I’m proud of the store and the management. Kimberly Kiel Global Pharmaceutical Manager
