Since the owner replied all snarky to my last review (read other one star review with my name for context) I’m leaving another:) I DO have my bank raising a dispute but I shouldn’t have to. This gas station authorized $66 from my account, didn’t let me pump gas, and I never got the money back. The owner has demonstrated through their response that this isn’t a big deal to them and I should just call my bank. As if that wasn’t my money that I need. Of course I called my bank but your clerks should not be authorizing money from my account and then cancelling the transaction before I can pump gas leaving me with no gas and no money left on that card. DO NOT GO HERE I never ever care to write reviews like this but this is BY FAR the WORST customer experience/support I have EVER seen. From the clerk, to the manager, to the owner there is NO consideration for others.

I come here every week sometimes two times a week. This is the only gas station I go to because my car calls for shell premium fuel. Every time I go there, I walk around the car check the tires & the regular things you do when you’re refueling , and the drill sergeant at the register, stops my pump all the time, An ignorantly says over the speaker !!!! you can’t walk away, rude as can be Customer service is everything you would think, but clearly not, because Monday 1-6-2025 at 4:40pm was ignorant & just rude. It’s one thing to leave the car fueling and go in the store, but it’s another thing to walk around the car looking at your tires, before you get to the trunk the drill sergeant yelling over the speaker and stops my pump is rude. There’s a lot of gas stations around, get your customer service together, I’d give 0 stars if I could
