Stopped in for fuel on my way to work. Half of the pumps are marked out of service. The pumps that were available were running extremely slow. Since being bought by Shell this station does not seem to be maintained.

Over the years that I've come here, I've put up with a lot. For an example, two weeks ago, I spent 2 minutes pumping 40 cents worth of gas as it was literally that slow - only to drive to a different gas station that actually had their pumps working at a normal pace. During my visits here, I've put up with things such as early closures due to lack of coverage (5-6 PM), at least 2 gas pumps out of order at all times, and beer and other items never being in stock. For me, the people that worked here made it worth it - they were really chill people, the kind of people where you make it your regular spot. The kind of place where you get your nightly beer. I don't know what happened recently, but it seems as though that this has changed with their newest hire. Every person deserves courtesy and respect. And until this company remembers that it starts and ends with hiring good people for such an overpriced gas station, I won't be back. I implore you not to go here, but if you do, don't eat their "freshly" cooked food.

Our vehicle was damaged by the automatic car wash, which removed paint down to the metal along the entire driver's side of the car. The damage occurred during a normal wash cycle with no prior damage to the vehicle. We immediately returned to the station, the manager Shannon, was extremely uncooperative, arguementative, and unprofessional. She refused to provide their insurance information, would not identify the owner/operator of the station, and did not assist us in filing a claim (until her boss told her she had to and had us come back to do so). We were told she would "pass along our informtation", but no follow-up occurred. Since then, we have contacted Shell Customer Service multiple times over the course of weeks/months, recieved multiple case numbers, and we were repeatedly told the issue would be escalated to the wholesaler/owner. Deadlines were missed, and no one from the owner or wholesaler has contacted us to resolve the damage. At no point has any one taken responsibility or provided a clear path to resolution. We are still left with significant vehicle damage and no assistance from the station or its owner. We were told by employees that this same thing happened to another person's car a few weeks prior to our incident. They admitted they've been having issues with this car wash recently, yet it was still open for us to go through. We are posting this review to warn others and to document the lack of accountability and customer support we've experienced. We would prefer to resolve this directly and professionally, but so far that has not been possible.
