The Dutch lady who works the night shift here is absolutely like a dictator. The moment you show even a little impatience, she stops serving you. I regularly buy cigarettes at this gas station, and every time I show my ID (I fully comply with Dutch law and know you can’t buy cigarettes without it). Tonight was no different—I showed my ID as usual. Yes, I was a bit impatient, but I’ve been a regular here for a long time. You’d think that would count for something, but she treated me like I was buying illegal drugs, giving me a judgmental look! I’ve seen how she treats customers she doesn’t like—it’s entirely based on her mood at the moment. I understand night shifts aren’t easy, but that’s no excuse for treating customers this way. If she’s unhappy with her job, maybe she shouldn’t be working nights, taking double pay, and yet being so picky and impatient with people. I’m posting this review to warn others: be extremely careful not to upset her, or she will very likely refuse service and leave you frustrated. If you visit this gas station, just look at the store’s glass door—you’ll get an idea of her attitude! Thinking about it now, it’s disgusting—I have no idea how she got this job. I swear in God’s name, I will never come here at night again. The morning shift employees are a completely different world. If you absolutely must come here at night, I strongly suggest avoiding it. Her male colleague isn’t much better.
