I’ve been using fuel from Shell plc for quite some time now, and I have to say, the consistency and overall quality have genuinely impressed me. What stands out most is how smooth the car feels when running on their fuel, especially when using the premium range like Shell V-Power. There’s a noticeable difference in engine responsiveness, particularly during acceleration, and over time it feels like the engine runs cleaner and more efficiently. Whether that’s down to the additives or just overall quality control, it definitely gives a bit more confidence behind the wheel. Another thing I appreciate is reliability. No matter which station I stop at, the experience is consistent. Pumps are usually well-maintained, easy to use, and the forecourts are clean and organised. It’s the kind of place where you can quickly fill up without any hassle, which makes a difference when you’re in a rush. Price-wise, it’s not always the cheapest option, especially for the premium fuels, but you do feel like you’re getting what you pay for. For everyday driving, the standard fuel does the job perfectly, but if you want that extra bit of performance or peace of mind, the upgraded options feel worth it. Overall, Shell strikes a really good balance between quality, performance, and reliability. It’s become my go-to choice, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for dependable fuel with that little extra edge.
