Not happy. Received Small chocolate sundae which is not even 1/4 filled. Asked the guy to fill it, he said no this is how my manager told me to do it. Young and pleasant did not want to make a scene. When I got home missing Apple Pie from order, chips cold. Won't be back anytime soon. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1

Hello, i work near McDonalds Strathpine and i occasionally go through of a morning for my breaky mcwrap and iced latte. Service is typically pretty fast however i do want to point out something with the iced latte’s. I am type 1 diabetic so i dose myself with insulin that is pre calculated to this meal. I also get two equal in a medium iced latte however i noticed the staff also put sugar syrup in it even tho i haven’t asked for it. I believe this should be asked of customers, and i personally believe that is it obvious that choosing equal is a substitute for real sugar. the fact that people have medical conditions like diabetes, this should be taken more seriously. I have just had a blood sugar spike because of this. I recommend training your drive through staff around this issue. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–20 Dietary restrictions: If someone asks for equal in their coffee they shouldnt be getting sugar syrup as well. People aren’t going to know to say no sugar syrup, it should be up to the staff to check and follow this up.

Terrible - ordered 2 chicken and cheese burgers and a mcchicken. They must have only had some herbed aioli left and only enough for 1 burger. Luckily we had a spare Oportos mayo tub in the fridge so we could sauce our own burgers. Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 3
