I went with my daughter and her boyfriend on Saturday and we had a lovely breakfast! The food was really well cooked and presented and good portion size. The service was also amazing - ended up chatting to the lady who works there for ages and she was so lovely and welcoming, as was the young girl who also works there. I will definitely be going more often, thank you! :) Meal type: Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Was in the area so popped in for some lunch. Had a bacon baguette and it was blooming lovely. Thick cut bacon, cooked to perfection in a fresh baguette with a spot on crisp to fluff ratio. Really reasonably priced given how tasty and full the sandwich was. Forgot to take a picture because it was too delicious. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This has to be the most expensive full English anywhere. 15 quid for a basic meal and mug of tea is extra! Portion of mushrooms is basically two button mushrooms sliced in quarters, pitiful! The tomatoes are the slush from a 50p tin from Tesco. Rip off. That said, the food was well cooked and presented well. 10 quids worth at the most. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We’re sorry you felt it didn’t represent good value. Our pricing reflects the quality of ingredients we use, rising supplier costs, and the fact that everything is freshly prepared on site. While we appreciate not everyone will agree on pricing, we always aim to offer a high standard of food and service. Your comments regarding portion sizes have been noted and will be reviewed with the team, as consistency is important to us.
