I had a very disappointing experience. After my order was recorded, I realized they forgot my hush puppies. When I went back to the counter to let the young woman know, she immediately acted like I was lying. I had to take everything out of the bag to prove they were missing. Only then did she notify the kitchen staff. Not only was the situation frustrating and embarrassing, but I also had to wait an additional five minutes while the rest of my food got cold. The lack of trust and poor customer service really ruined the experience for me. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

Solid food. The shrimp po boy is pretty outstanding. The service isn't stellar. I asked a question about a food item and the fellow told me he didn't know the answer because he had never eaten there. Okay... The interior leaves a bit to be desired too. Feels a bit grungy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
