Their wings are really good but whenever I order something else it’s always a problem. Today I ordered a pizza puff, tortilla soup, and cheese curds on top of our chicken nugget meal and received no pizza puff, a ice cold minestrone soup, the smallest order of fries for a supposed 20ct, and an 8ct of cheese curds for $5. And this review is only after previous other mistakes, I’ll think I don’t have to check the order and get home and it’s messed up. They can atleast mention alternatives if they don’t have the item.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify that we did prepare your pizza puff, and when you called, we let you know it was ready for pickup. It’s actually still here because it was never picked up. We sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding. We also wanted to mention that our cheese curds are priced at $4.00, not $5.00. Most importantly, though, we’re sorry you left feeling disappointed. That’s never the experience we want for our customers. We truly value your business and would love the opportunity to make things right. Please stop by or contact us and ask for a manager—we’d be happy to speak with you personally and make sure your next visit is a great one. We hope you’ll give us another chance to earn back your trust. Thank you for your feedback, and we look forward to serving you again.

Went to SHWINGS last night with my family of six, and everything was delicious! We started with the calamari and a stuffed artichoke for appetizers. The calamari was so fresh and came with cocktail sauce and fresh lemon — what a treat! The stuffed artichoke was very tasty and full of flavor. The chicken pasta soup was a large portion definitely, homemade one of the best soups I’ve ever had. For dinner, my husband and I had the jumbo shrimp, and they were a great size and cooked to perfection. It came with cocktail sauce and hot sauce. We also had the fresh-cut French fries, which were delicious, and the coleslaw was so good. The kids had wings, and they were a nice size, tossed in a fabulous sauce. My granddaughter had the chicken nuggets. We had the option to have them tossed in sauce, but we got them plain with sauce on the side. They were fresh and made to order. We also tried their homemade dipping sauces — blue cheese, honey mustard, and ranch — and everything tasted so fresh. We also tried a slice of cheesecake and banana cake, and both were amazing! Everything was fresh, flavorful. We will definitely be back!
