I hate to be negative, but the lunch experience at this place is severely lacking. The food is bland at best. I watched multiple tables send back cold items. And the prices are eyewateringly high, particularly with so much great stuff in walking distance of the hotel. Please, Hilton management, this restaurant needs to be entirely reworked. The menu sucks, and the prices are way way too high. I had a meal for free as part of our convention package, and was still disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $30–40

We had a pleasant experience at a conference here. The lounge is located in the main lobby of the Washington Hilton. Service was very quick initially but lapsed when we had finished our drinks and apps. It took about 20 minutes to flag someone down to pay. The Sidecar signature cocktails were creative and pleasant.
