In response to the reply from the back office as they have stopped replies. The food brought back WAS NOT half eaten it was not able to be eaten it was that bad. Why would I want a discount for a place I will NOT be going back to?! Also if there are cameras you would have seen one guy vaping in the back next to food and the guy who didnt change his gloves when he touched one type of meat and then touched another. So they cant be very good cameras can they? I have told people to stay away from this take away for the hygiene management alone. Not just customer service. This place needs to be shut down its so dirty. I will make sure the word gets out. Complete joke of a business. Food absolutely horrible. Spent £72 and only got a £40 refund. Rung up to complain was told we are too far away for them to rectify the issue then was told if I bring the food back myself I will get a full refund because I made the trip. When I got there i spent over 30mins to get a partial refund. In the end they told me the food is premade and they dont even season it themselves. The wraps was flat the chicken dry and the attitude is a joke. When I went in they said they cant give me the refund and kept mithering to make me more food I said no I dont want their food. Then in total 3 men stood there around me talking in their own language and on the phone to their "call centre" Horrible unclean place i will not be going again and will be telling everyone to avoid. Thank you for the feedback. We do apologize, Just to say upon placing the order we gave you a 15% discount. Saving you about £12 pound basically free delivery. Also We checked our cameras to make sure if the food was made the way it was asked and it was all exactly the way it was asked for.Believing in ''the Customer is Always Right '' we still decided to give you the refund of £40 for the food that was half eaten and half brought back to us. We still wish to compensate on a 15% discount on Your next Order. Thank you.

Firstly, we had our first meal from here in a couple of years a few weeks ago, just a kebab and chicken pakora, and it was fine. Tonight we had an absolutely disastrous meal and essentially wasted £50. To give some context I eat south Asia food a lot and cook my own from scratch so I know what I’m talking about. Anyway, the kebab with naan was served on top of the naan so the bread was too greasy and soggy to eat. The meat was ok, as was the chicken pakora. The cheese naan was just a naan with lots of cheap cheese melted on top, not a cheese-stuffed naan like all the others I’ve had, and again was just a wet, greasy mess and inedible. Lamb biryani is one of my favourite dishes however the rice was way more red than it should be and tasted as though a load of raw chilli powder had been chucked into it rather than it being made with tempered (cooked out first), spices and I ate one mouthful then binned the rest because it actually felt as though it was burning my tongue. I eat a lot of spicy food and can usually take a bit of heat but this was just nasty. The lamb was all fatty bits and tubes so I’m not sure which part of the animal it was and the curry sauce was beyond awful and tasted as though it had been around for a very long time. It’s been a long time since I had a takeaway this awful. Maybe they were busy or having an off night but regardless they messed up some basic stuff, which is a shame because we were really looking forward to the meal and only ordered takeaway because I was too tired for our original plan out going to a restaurant.

I always enjoy the food here and let all my friends know about the quality and generous portions. I always have Peshwari Nan with my meal as it is the best Nan you can buy even considering all the Indian Restaurants and Takaways. Unfortunately for the very first time tonight the Peshwari Nan has not come up to scratch. It looked very different and barely tasted of a Peshwari nan, at first I thought that I had been given a Plain Nan. This will not stop me purchasing food there as I am sure it was a little glitch. Give them a try, it is worth it, they have a good menu.
