Попробуйте аппетитных куриные крылышки, шашлык из говядины и фрикадельки. Здесь вам точно стоит заказать неплохие брецели, печенье и флия. В этом баре можно заказать хорошее бочковое пиво, пейл-эль или вино. Если верить посетителям, здесь вкусный кофе, лимонад и чай.

This is easily one of the nicest breweries in NC, if not #1. Sierra Nevada has always had amazing beer, but they serve on site only brews that you have to go to try out. They also have a gift shop with some nice stuff. The food here is also great!

I loved our very first trip to Sierra Nevada brewery! This place really does deserve the 4.5 (pushing 5) star rating that it has. You can't please everyone and that is a shame but this place is doing everything right by me. It is conveniently located near the airport and the property is truly a sight to behold. The only way I can describe it is to compare it to something like a California winery or small vineyard; it is a huge estate. Beers are so reasonably priced; the $6 Sunny Little Thing became my go-to. They have a suitcase holding area for travelers and were accommodating to every person who walked through those doors when we visited on Labor Day this year. We had a pretty miserable time at every restaurant we visited in Sapphire due to the holiday weekend and the packed crowd it attracted. However, Sierra Nevada didn't miss a beat despite these crowds. We arrived around 11:30 a.m., just shy of the big rush. Our hostess was SO nice during greeting and getting us on the wait list. We waited about 30 minutes for a table, not too bad but probably would have been worse as the afternoon went on. Diners can also seat themselves at nearby shared high-top tables which is very convenient for those who just want a couple of drinks and don't want to wait for a private table or find a seat at the bar. My toddler loved the garden out back, rocking chairs, pretzel bread, and french fries. The hot dog we ordered for him was not really a kids type hot dog; over cooked and tasted a little more like a sausage. But no worries there since he ate everything else we offered him! We also liked the passion fruit dessert as you will see pictured. There is a small kids play area out back with colorful blocks, as well as an outdoor bar with a more limited menu for those ordering and taking things back to their seats. Bathrooms are upstairs and downstairs with changing tables in the larger stalls and cute little toddler stools to help the little ones wash their hands. Overall, this was a memorable experience that really impressed our entire family group. I look forward to enjoying the Sierra Nevada Taproom again in the future.
