Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The staff were very friendly, and they were quick to clear away empty plates. The buffet offered a good variety of protein, vegetables, and carbs, so there was plenty to choose from. The crab legs weren’t particularly fresh—they appeared to be previously frozen and served over ice. The prawns were decent, though I’d recommend sticking to the meat and skipping the heads. The mussels were also fine, but I actually preferred the seafood dishes from the hot food section. Several of the hot dishes were surprisingly good, especially the stir-fried beef, broccoli with prawns, and the purple cabbage salad. The prawn cocktail was also delicious. On the downside, the duck was served cold, which was disappointing, and the beef served next to it was far too tough to chew. The watermelon was very fresh, and the strawberries were sweet and tasty. Overall, I think it’s great value for the price. I’d happily come back, but I probably wouldn’t expect premium-quality seafood. This is the first time we are having our lunch at the Signatures Buffet Our experience in this restaurant is great, we all enjoyed our lunch there.! The problem is there is not much foods at lunch but I’m not sure about dinner time, I might going back there again for dinner since we’re really enjoying today, hope there is more foods at night to choose from.! All the staff are so friendly & helpful, very professional. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
