Best experience. Best food especially pizza and their salad. Angay balik-balikan! The customer service is great. They proactively offer assistance. One of our toddlers accidentally fell down from the chair and they offered candy. Though it would be best not to give them candies but we appreciated the gesture. Food is great! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

We recently dined at Silingan and honestly, the experience was disappointing. First of all, kulang kaayo ang aircon. Init ug uncomfortable inside the restaurant, especially considering fully booked sila and nagpa-reserve pa mi with a ₱500 down payment. The biggest issue was the service. Dugay kaayo muabot ang food and patingi-tingi pa gyud ang serving, one by one instead of serving the table together. Even simple requests like rice took a very long time. Murag wala organized ang pagkuha sa orders kay naa gyuy mga sayop and confusion. The place itself also feels very cramped. Back-to-back mo sa lain customers so dili comfortable mag dine and lisod kaayo maka-enjoy sa meal. Even requesting the bill took a long time and there were mistakes pa gyud sa billing. We understand nga mahimong busy ang restaurant, but customers also expect proper coordination and comfortable dining, especially if reservations and down payments are required.
