Only 2 people are working this whole restaurant, one cooking and one person waiting on all the tables on a Friday night. It's almost half an hour to get just water and 1 hour to get food. Well worth it though cuz the food is great, but only come here when you have a few hours to spend. Simmering Pho Cafe is one of my favorite pho places to eat at in Morgan Hill. This restaurant offers some of the best Vietnamese food in the area, and the atmosphere is always inviting and comfortable. One of the best things about Simmering Pho Cafe is their pho. The broth is rich, flavorful, and always served hot. Their vegetarian options are also great, and the tofu and vegetable pho is one of my favorites. Aside from their pho, they also offer other delicious dishes such as banh mi sandwiches, rice dishes, and spring rolls. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are reasonable. The service at Simmering Pho Cafe is always top-notch. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always make sure that you have everything you need for a comfortable dining experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming. The decor is nice, and the lighting is just right for a relaxed dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Simmering Pho Cafe to anyone who loves Vietnamese food. Their delicious food, great service, and comfortable atmosphere make it one of the best places to eat in Morgan Hill. It's a five-star restaurant in my book.
