Hi Theresa,We appreciate the kind words, because as you know from being a guest of ours for some time, we try to always be on the ball for our guests. That said, we are disappointed that your opinion of Simone’s was reduced to one star based on the last two instances. We are, of course, always sorry when we drop the ball. But we want to clarify that we had realized that our refrigerator went down right around the time you came in to grab your order, and we can both agree that we could not serve you cold foam that may have been spoiled. Trust us when we say that we are equally frustrated when something like this happens once in a while. We truly hate disappointing our guests. Picking up the phone to give you a ring and inform you quickly is something we can manage sometimes, other times it’s very difficult to get to the phone in time, and we have to break the news when you walk in. In those instances we work very quickly to get it to you in minutes. Along with the other guests who had to get their drinks remade as a result. It can be tough recovering from an instance like that for any person, even our powerhouse of a team!Although we always appreciate when our guests are understanding, we understand your frustration. If you feel a refund or gift card is fair, we are more than happy to do that. Our hope is that, in the future, we can win back your appreciation. We’ll do our best. Thank you!
