Had great expectations based on reviews but there was a very confusing online meny with very little information about the dishes. Did not feel welcomed and unfortunately the only dessert that we wanted was out. Left still hungry and unfortunately disappointed.

I visited Simposio for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options, including delicious vegan brioches and a great selection of plant-based milks for my cappuccino. The bartender greeted us with a genuine smile and was incredibly kind. Our waitress, Sara, was equally warm and attentive. She took the time to explain the menu and the concept behind the café, making us feel truly welcome. The customer service was exceptional friendly, professional, and heartfelt. It's rare to experience this level of hospitality, and it's something that's not easy to find elsewhere in Alghero. I highly recommend Simposio and look forward to coming back.
