Always love the food, it's a family favorite, however this branch was disappointing. I saw the server pick the pickled radish with a finger and a fork. I wanted to call their attention but, all of them were too busy as food panda and grab orders kept coming in. I just left the radish at the counter. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Sincerity fried chicken was my absolute favorite fried chicken and we used to get it delivered to our home and enjoy it. When I saw Express Sincerity on the ground floor food court of Robinsons Magnolia, I was pretty excited and happy as I had not eaten their fried chicken in a long time. So I decided to order a whole fried chicken which costs PHP 360 and my wife wanted me to order a big Lomi too which costs PHP 170. We were pretty confident that we were gonna finish the whole thing up as we had eaten and finished a whole box of Sincerity fried chicken in the past. What was new to me here, was that once you place your order, they will hand you a small cell phone along with your order slip, so you can go around the place while your order is being prepared, without having to worry about your order. Once the order is ready, they call you on that cell phone so you can go and return the cell phone and pick up your order. That, I think was pretty cool. Talking about the food, I was not so happy. The fried chicken somehow has lost its charm and the Lomi was really bland and unflavored. I am not really sure what was wrong, but the food was not satisfactory for us this time. We did not finish anything and had it all packed after having gone through less than half of the food. I really do hope I have a better experience in terms of food the next time.
