Dear Mark,Thank you for taking the time to place this review, however I can't but feel that it should perhaps have been directed elsewhere. Sìtheag is a recent establishment, yet it has unwittingly paid the price of a low rating, as a result of signage beyond its control. There is a large sign advertising Sìtheag on the main road, with further directional signage on the minor road. It is explicit + clear - at no point along the way does it imply or indicate that it leads to a smokery business. There is indeed a traffic road sign on the main road pointing towards the smokery business, which is approached further up via the other fork in the road. I trust that the team at Sìtheag would have been able to direct you to the smokehouse head office + its point of sale. If they did not, I can only apologise for this omission. You might not have considered the impact of a low rating on a nascent business, relying on constructive + relevant feedback for its enduring success.
