The rating for atmosphere is based more on cleanliness. You can definitely tell there's been too many little hands on the walls and tables and makes one wonder where else the hands have been. BUT staff is super friendly & helpful and no complaints on food. Just wish that prices were good enough to eat there more often. But that's our economy I guess. Price per person: $20–30

We had a great experience at Sizzler today! It’s been a while but we will be coming back soon! Marcos our server was on top of things and helped us out with be very attentive towards my mom who has dementia. He was super nice!! He is a keeper here at Sizzler!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My fiance and I went to dinner there tonight 9/17/2022, and there were 2 young lady cashiers who were helping us, their names are Elise, and the other girls name is Kalise. They did tell us that there was no soda or carbonated drinks, so I'm looking at the list of drinks to see what I wanted with my dinner, and they start laughing, then they'd look at each other, than look back at us, and I asked them, "what's so funny"?, I'd like to know what's so funny, making me feel unwanted and humiliated, they just kept laughing at us, and had attitudes with us as well. Then when it was time to take our tray to the table, Elise tells me that we need to take the tray ourselves, but all the other times, they would take our tray to the table for us, and she tells me, you can take it yourself with an attitude. So to handle the situation, I talked to one of the managers and I told him what had happened, and I started crying when I was talking to him bcuz I didn't like how they treated us, so he tells me that he will talk to them(idk if he actually did or not), but I just kept crying all the way to our table, and back to the salad bar, and the manager saw me, and he says, I will go and talk to them, and you don't need to cry, and I said, yes I do bcuz of how they treated us. Employees who humiliate a paying customer who goes there often to eat shouldn't even have a job at all if all they're gna do is make comments/laugh at customers. They(Elise and Kalise) should be fired for humiliating me in front of other customers, if not, you will lose us as customers. Thank you.
