A bit torn about this place. It has received high ratings and so be it, but I don't think the ratings are entirely fair. As a location, it is in the same area as the famous Spa facility Yasuragi. There are places to park, although it was really on the limit when we visited. The building is reminiscent of some kind of old 50-60's facility, either for education or otherwise. The furniture the same. But it is large and spacious, the corridor as well. The food was quite okay. Felt like you were overexerting yourself to make a strange dinner. When sometimes simplicity is so much better. The Fuskostbuffen was in principle approved. Compared to the competition, they are lagging behind. Service was spotty. Good when you met the right person, but did you want to ask for mgpr drinks late at night like. It meant heating up water, so you weren't too happy. Felt like we'd had the jug thrown over our heads The room is quite ok, spacious and good. Plenty of space, the bed shower acceptable. A 3.5a simply. Good, but nothing remarkable. SPA. Why do you have to leave the hotel to get to the spa? Is it too complicated to build something in between. So in minus 13 degrees you look for entrance B. Sigh. Very bad. In the summer it might not matter, but now in the winter and probably many other slushy wet periods it would have been nicer to have a direct connection via a new corridor. The spa entrance was ok, very greasy and sloppy on the floor, but ok. Very nice people who received. Super cute. And helpful. Really. The changing rooms very basic, like What a gym. Any. The spa area begins with a smaller coffee break/break area. By. The door leads to the spa facility itself. A smaller pool with warm water, as well as a bathu with the possibility of steam if you pour water on the stones. There was also a smaller dry sauna and a quiet relaxation room with slowly rocking chairs. But then came the big evet. An outdoor bath, without a roof though, there. You can stand up and be completely covered with warm water and blue, lovely, pleasant lighting. We were there at -13 degrees outside, which is apparently the best period. Lovely, yes, except when going in and out. Then you feel the cold quickly And don't forget the little hat I was wearing. Without it, you would probably get sick. So worth visiting. Well, sure. Nice experience, but the competitors are generally better at everything. The only thing was the spa outside the house. So on a clear day you can certainly visit only the spa itself and skip the hotel. If it works now? Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Quiet

Food & drinks: Spa package with 2-course dinner was well composed. Noteworthy details: Heated outdoor pool at -13° was refreshing and relaxing. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value

Lovely spa and the staff there was wonderful! The rooms are a bit old school but clean and ok. The restaurant is also a bit old school, but the part with large windows, fireplace and scenery is great. And the food was very good. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5
