Don’t understand the great reviews for this place? This is fast food, and maybe that’s a novelty in Pompeii? I ordered the “insalata” off the menu and was told they’re out of half the ingredients. I’ll give an extra star for the effort the guy made, but he was literally searching around the kitchen trying to find stuff to put in the salad. What I finally got was some shredded iceberg lettuce, slices of tomato with olive oil poured over, and I guess what is the equivalent of a sliced chicken tender (breaded, fried) on top of that, with slices of plain dry baguette on top. When I asked for a fork, again he’s searching through all the drawers and cupboards in the kitchen, finally finds a pack of 50 wooden ones. I guess people don’t ask for forks very often here. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

“Non piangere perché è finita, sii felice che sia successo” “Don’t cry because it’s over be happy it happened” is exactly how I feel about this burger. I stopped eating McDonalds a couple of years ago and had a religious experience at SmashBros. I am so glad I found them but devastated to live so far away . We had double cheeseburger and the regular burger with onion, plus chips and a beer! It was better than any burger I’ve ever had in my life. The buns are next level, the patties are the most delicious ones I’ve tried. The owners are lovely too, very helpful despite my limited Italian.
