Before the incident, you came to the snack and ordered an Arabica Strips. You paid for it in advance to the lady at the cashier. Afterwards, you asked the chef to add red cheese, even though you had paid for an Arabica Strips with regular sliced cheese. Since the chef does not speak English, he did not ask you to pay the price difference. The following day, you ordered the same meal again and asked me to add red cheese. Therefore, I only charged you an additional 3 dirhams, which is the actual difference between the two types of cheese, and not 7 dirhams as you mentioned. I also have security camera footage documenting what happened. I hope I have explained the situation clearly, especially since you accused me of fraud.
