The chips were just amazing fish was probably cooked in old oil a it tasted of old oils but overall the fish was good when removed the fried batter Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$40–60 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Snapper

Spent over $130 through Uber Eats. We recieved an incorrect order...forgot 18 nuggets. Have called and have been told nuggegts will be here in ten minutes. Have not recieved after promised time. Have kids here waiting to be fed. The fish was old & tasted disgusting. Could not eat it. The chips wefe not fresh...we do understand that being delivered by Uber can affect the freshness of everything. Have ordered before and has been much better. Will not be returning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$120–140 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Felicity, We apologise again for the initial mistake and the delay. While we aimed to have it resolved within 10 minutes, Saturday traffic caused a slight delay in reaching you. That said, we followed up promptly and ensured the missing nuggets were delivered, along with extra as a goodwill gesture. We would also like to clarify that all our food is prepared fresh before dispatch and we maintain strict quality standards. While delivery time can sometimes affect temperature, the food itself is not compromised in freshness. Normally have a great experience here but tonight (17th March) left much to be desired. I ordered before 7:30, waited over an hour only to be told that the staff member had turned off the gf fryer at 7:30 and thus she couldn’t do the gf food id ordered. Offered no solution or extras to apologise. Really disappointing. She didn’t really seem to care either. Usually drive 25 mins just for decent gf fish n chips but unsure if I’ll be back after tonight. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
