Service and food were good. Establishment is on the dirty side. The bathroom was worse than an unattended mechanic shop bathroom. No tissues, floor and walls dirty and no paper towel.

first off, I went through the drive-thru and apparently there speaking isn’t working they a brown card board sign stating to pull to the window to order sat there for almost 10 minutes at the window with no response, just to realize nobody was even there. Then I parked and went inside to place my order. There were two Spanish men cooking the food, but not one cashier in sight. We waited another 20-30 minutes before anyone even came to take our order. Then a little kid walks up trying to take our order. There were no supervisors, no management, and no type of control in the restaurant. I also saw two teenagers walking from the gas station I wasn’t even sure if they were cashiers or not. As a business, this is extremely unprofessional. This was my first time going to Snappers and also my first time in Florida, and the service I received was terrible. Something really needs to be done because why is a little kid working the register with no adults or supervision around? Meal type: Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately, my encounter at this establishment left much to be desired in terms of customer service and hygienic conditions. **Poor Customer Service:**. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff at Snapper's Fish & Chicken lacked a welcoming and professional attitude. I was greeted with indifference and a lack of interest from the employees. My request for assistance was ignored for too long, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. **Dirty and Decayed Conditions:**. The state of the facilities and cleanliness in this establishment also left much to be desired. The tables were sticky and dirty, and the floor appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned in days. The bathrooms were in a deplorable state, and the lack of maintenance was evident everywhere.
