So today 23 Aug 2026, me and my friend decided to get some tacos like usual, after the long a/s queue, we finally managed to place our order, which shouldn't take this long time anyway, and then the cook or the one that was in the cashier and took out order misplaced or mixed our order it was supposed to be a Chile Thai and BBQ tacos sauce for me and cheesy, biggie for my friend, and to our luck my friend noticed while he did that during the tacos making process, once we went out of the restau we decided to check them out, and as expected the sauces were mixed up, but what made this event even worse is the very bad attitude of the headcook, he was not listening at all, he just kept getting defensive and trying to save his teammate from admitting the mistake that was eventually true, not a single apology, not a single sorry just mad faces and when we tried to explain the situation the one that took our order again was very passive aggressive, and shut us up saying that "we are not discussing this just give me your new order" so we did but the experience was so damn horrible, this was in no way a good way to treat us customers like that. The So chicken Rabat dishes are excellent. You won't really find them everywhere. Experience has proven it to me
