5 stars for the bakery dept friendly & helpful - baked goods are delicious 0 stars for the check out system & your cranky, unfriendly cashiers Do better Sobeys if your cashiers don’t want to work with customers stick them in the back or get them to stock shelves

They had some good sales today. A 6 box of Scotties for $6.49. That's a good deal.

I had a good experience with what seemed like a meat department manager asking if he could get me a basket as my hands were getting full and I was still browsing. I took him up on his offer and really appreciated his help. (Of course it also allows me to spend more $ ) It's lacking the 5th star because being guilt tripped that food was being thrown out because of my returning it (she was passive aggressive) and I rarely return food, but it would have gone in the trash regardless. Maybe grocery stores need to find a better solution to their newer rules and stop quilting the customer to take that responsibility on.
