I was looking for a good Bibimbap, and I chose the right place with this one, with the sizzling hot pan, and the fried egg that is SO needed The service was great too. Overall a great place for your favorite Korean specialties. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Super delicious food and a cozy and clean environment. I got the weekly special which was an individual serving of Budae Jjigae and it was fantastic. Right level of heat, served boiling hot and fresh. I don’t live close but I would absolutely go back the next time I’m in their area! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible and rude costumer service!! The new waitress (Asian girl, with blonde hair) was unprofessional and very lazy. Sodam was my favorite Korean restaurant in Rochester which is my go to place to eat, but will not go there anymore or recommend to any of my friends because a few months ago the same new waitress who was frowning the whole time took our order, made us wait for about 1 and 1/2 hour. I tried to get her attention because I was wondering why our order hasn't arrived yet but she kept ignoring us. Then she came up to us to tell us she forgot to put our order in, so unprofessional. Then today, the same waitress was at the counter, did not greet us, pretended she was busy, the other waitress went to her whispering but still did not acknowledge our presence, ignoring us, while there's open table available . When I asked if they are still accepting costumers? that's around 8:05 pm, she said no! we will close at 8:30 pm then walked away immediately. The website said it close at 9:00 pm. It's sad and Im truly disappointed that we experienced this in our favorite Korean restaurant, I wish the manager will do something about this.
