Ordered through Grubhub, and my order was never delivered. To make matters worse, I couldn’t even reach the restaurant because their phone wasn’t working, so there was no way to check on the status of my order. I understand that technical issues happen, but it’s not an excuse to leave customers without communication or fulfillment of their orders. If your internet and phone lines are down, online delivery orders should be paused or disabled until the issue is resolved. Customers have no way of knowing there’s a problem and shouldn’t be left waiting indefinitely for food that will never arrive. Running a business is challenging, but basic communication and order fulfillment are essential. If deliveries cannot be properly managed, it would be better to temporarily limit service to pickup or dine-in rather than accept orders that cannot be completed. Very shitty service! Will never order here again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Service: 1

We never received your order because the internet was down and the phone lines were not working . Please call Grubhub for a refund . I apologize for the inconvience . We would have loved to serve you and satisfy your order , but without internet there is no communication and unfortunately I was not able to communicate with you until this morning because that’s when the issue was fixed by Verizon and services were restored. Please contact Grubhub for any issues

I've been looking for the best old school pizza pie in Montclair and this is it. The crust is flavorful and the ingredients are fresh (no greasy slices!). The owner was very nice and this is my new go to for a classic slice or pie. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

When ever I go to get my nails done I stop in at SoHo pizza & grill. The owner is so nice and food is outstanding! I just ordered the pasta fagioli, he made it fresh to order and hands down the best pasta fagioli I ever had ! I highly recommend you go eat at soho pizza your taste buds won’t be disappointed! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
