There's seems to only be one or 2 employees but 1 in particular. I've yet to catch his name but He calls my husband boss when we come thru and I could almost swear he's the one (the only one) running the show. He's always kind, our orders never have mistakes, he's fast and efficient. He takes our order, prepares it and takes care of us at the window! This sonic would be lost without him for sure! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

The manager Matthew was excellent we had an issue with our food he not only corrected it but he apologized we made it and give an extra vanilla and chocolate shake for the inconvenience this is the first time in history of this place that I've ever seen them go up and above to satisfy the customer Matthew you're a good guy and you did what was right and you go a long way with people treating them the right way Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Taking immediate ownership of an issue, apologizing, fixing the food perfectly, and offering those extra shakes is the exact definition of stellar hospitality and treating people right. Start off by saying I have been here and got the same order at least 30 times to smash burgers, upside fries and Upside drink. This is the first time I have had a big problem with them and I will not be going back to the same restaurant one of the cokes that we got tasted nasty and before they would give us a new one, one of the guys in the back, tried our coat to see if we were lying. The prize were undercooked so they took them back, threw them in the fryer again and gave them back to us. I don’t know who is working, but they should not be working there because we will not be coming back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
