Everything is extremely salty and burns my tongue and lips from the amount of salt used. It doesn’t matter what you order, it’ll be extremely salty!!!!!! Are you trying to kill your customers with hypertension? Food: 1

The person who just took my order told me she could not modify my order when I hit the red button and asked for chopped onions on the side for my footlong. This is my first time coming and that seems sooooooo rude. I told her I'm not trying to modify the order can you just add the chopped onion on the side (on my tray) she says: you can ask the car hop to do it! WTH ‍ she needs some more training boss. I need to get her name. Actually it should be on the receipt. I'll be back to give her name. So it says car hop Mary. But the car hop didn't have a tag with name on and when I asked who took my order she wouldn't tell me. She said she didn't know. I asked for a manager and she sent Jose Vega. He was really good. Listened. Had empathy and even offered me something additional but I declined. I just wanted them to have a teachable moment about good customer service. This was my first time and I had my child. I expected better. The food and shakes were amazingly good though Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Came over here for lunch on a Friday, but was hesitant with recent reviews. Glad I gave this location a chance, I received my order quickly and was serviced by friendly team members. :) Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
