Took 3 times pushing red button to get response for order to be placed. Took 21 minutes for order to be delivered to car. Ordered chili cheese dog with onions. Received soggy tater tots with a teaspoon of chili, a pinch of cheese on top. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Yuck! Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Ed, we always want our intercom stations to be highly responsive and our classic menu choices to feature a generous, savory presentation. We apologize for the tracking delays at the stall and that your chili cheese coney meal didn't meet our quality and portion benchmarks. Your feedback is with the team to check our equipment and review our kitchen assembly guidelines, and we look forward to making your next stop perfect.

Yeah I don’t know.. I showed up, ordered, they said it would be around 10:33 pm that I’d get my food. I waited about 8-9 minutes, a different car pulled up next to me, and THEY IMMEDIATELY GOT THEIR FOOD. Where was my food? Who knows, but it seemed like the employee knew the person personally. Currently waiting for about 11 minutes, and FINALLY got my food. Thanks you chuds, I appreciate how fast y’all are! (This is sarcasm.) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Speed is a huge part of the SONIC experience, so we're so sorry for the wait, Sada. We know your time is valuable, and we’ll work with our team to get us back into high gear. We hope to provide a much faster run next time.

I ordered pickup and waited 40 minutes for 1 shake, 1 soft serve, and 1 drink. The whole parking lot has been emptied of everyone except me and one other car who also has been waited for an abusrd amount of time. 40 minutes after placing an order online and the ice cream is melted because they made it but didn't bring it out for some reason.

Digital ordering is designed to offer maximum speed, and our signature treats should always be delivered at a perfectly chilled consistency. We sincerely apologize for the extensive delay and that your selections were allowed to sit before being brought to your car. Your notes are heading straight to the fulfillment team to review our app staging workflows, and we truly hope you give us another chance to show you a swift trip.
