I'm here at dinner rush 5:30 pm on Monday. The people working inside are informing everyone there's only two people working right now. The drive thru is backed up around the corner. Multiple cars are pulling in to get food in the stalls. Who ever owns this place is failing the workers and their customers. Whether they didn't schedule enough people or people quit from a bad work environment this isn't sustainable for the bottom line of any company. This is not a one off event. This location is constantly slow and understaffed. When I was working DoorDash I refused orders from this location because it killed my cash inflowLpl for the night by having to wait 30+ minutes every single time. The owners and managers of this location need to do better. The kids barely making minimum wage are doing their best in a terrible work environment. Finally got our food almost 20 minutes after our scheduled pick up time and they don't even have medium cups. Again going back to management for not ordering supplies efficiently.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Sonic Drive-In and I won’t be coming back. My order was made wrong, and whether it was a mistake or a miscommunication, I gave them the chance to fix it. I was told to bring the burger up, so I did. Instead of remaking it, they took it to the back and then refused to fix it at all. What should have been a simple correction turned into a whole situation for no reason. It got to the point where I had to involve the police just to get my refund. That is not normal and it should never happen over a fast food order. If a place can’t handle something this basic without making it difficult, that tells you everything you need to know. I’d go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration. Who eats this crap? Having forgotten to eat today I starving'ly ran to the nearest fast food place, Sonic. I have not had Sonic in decades & I guess maybe I should've gotten a burger? After having their large chicken tender bites I understand why the drive thru line at Chik fil-a is always around the building. I've had better chicken bites at southern truck stops in the 80's, sweet Jesus they were bad. Immediately into the trash bin. Lesson learned I guess, never do that again.
