Disappointed in the food. Building and grounds were a mess and run down. Signage gone. No pride in that restaurant. Sad. We won't go back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Came in with a field trip for school, ordered a large ocean water, and a small fry. Everything was good, but as I got to the bottom of my fries I noticed something red on the side. Blood. Me being a type 1 diabetic, I know how blood looks like, and what color it appears on different surfaces. Showed some of my classmates on the bus, and they all agreed it was blood and disgusting. Do better sonic. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

So we pull in and press the button, after a couple of minutes I hear what sounds like somebody growling " hang on a minute" sound like something out of a horror movie. So we do "hang on" for 5 minutes by the clock on the dash, then it's "okay so what did you want?" Uh, yeah. Two Oreo blasts and a medium Dr. Pepper. "Okay hang on. What was it?" I repeat myself, slowly and calmly. The ice cream goes up on the screen, then chili fries and it stays there long enough for me to wonder, and I mutter something under my breath that wasn't happy birthday, the chili fries change to a Dr. Pepper and then the kid starts some muttering of his own, I didn't take notes but it boiled down to I'm stressed out so just chill. When he rattled off the total and said "was that it" I said uh, no, nevermind you can cancel that order, and drove off. My wife says I should have rolled up the window or not said anything, so fault on both sides I'll admit. But wow. Some folks should stay on the fryer when they're having a bad day maybe? And judging from the other reviews, it's systemic, not isolated. Would have went to try-me instead, but ran out of time. 2 thumbs down for Fredonia sonic. Price per person: $1–10

We’re sorry for the frustrating experience and the wait, Andrew. This is definitely not the friendly interaction we strive for at the Drive-In. As the Ultimate Drink Stop, we want every order to be smooth and stress-free. We’re reviewing your feedback with our team to ensure our service is as great as our Blasts should be.
